Hi guys, our first group event of the scout year will take place on Oct 7th/8th at our overnight camp in Fota Scout Centre.
Scouts will meet at Cork Kent Train Station at 11:30am Saturday morning and travel by train to Fota. On arrival, scouts will setup camp and participate in backwoods skills bases and group games. They will build shelters and depending on their quality and the weather, they can sleep in them. We recommend a 'Bivvy' (Survival) Bag which can be purchased from the scout shop.
